    2. Structural engineer- plans the structure of the building

    3. Electrical engineer- plans the electrical system

    4. Mechanical engineer- HVAC systems planning

    1. Perk test for drainage

    2. Soil tests for contamination

    3. Borings to determine foundation type

    4. Asbestos

    5. Lead paint

  6. Landscape Architect- designs the hardscape, terrain changes, and plantings of the land.  May also design outbuildings, pergolas, etc.
